Booking

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with a 2-hour minimum. Reserved dates are not reserved until deposit is received.
CANCELATION
In the event of a cancelation we will refund the deposit minus 10%. If the session is rebooked, we will apply the full deposit amount to that session.
PAYMENT
Payment is required upon completion of each session. We will not release the tracks to the client until payment in full is received.
BILLING
Billing will occur at the beginning of your scheduled time regardless of when you arrive.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Client is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment that occurrs during the session.
SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is allowed in facility. If you wish to smoke it must be done outside building, and butts must be properly disposed of.
